We have acquired approx 70% of the town centre retail stock and are proposing a major mixed use regeneration scheme on a 12 acre site in partnership with Sefton MBC.
A town centre master plan and wider public consultation exercise are being progressed and it is anticipated that the construction works will commence in summer 2009.
