Garden Street Mill, a Grade II Listed former textile mill located in Halifax Town Centre was purchased by the Maghull Group in 2000.

Working in partnership with Yorkshire Forward, the Maghull Group developed 44 apartments for sale with a scheme GDV of £6.2m.

The Maghull Group was awarded the Calderdale Borough Council Civic Trust Award in 2004 for successfully delivering this Town Centre regeneration scheme.
