The Promenade is a major, mixed use, new build development scheme with a GDV of £75m, situated in a prime town centre location between Lord Street and The Promenade in Southport.
Proposals for the development include 250 residential apartments, an 80 bed hotel with leisure facilities and 35,000 sq ft of retail space in the form of bars and restaurants. In addition to this, there will be 15,000 sq ft of B1 oce space with 170 basement car parking spaces.
