Maghull Group has been instrumental in securing a visionary masterplan for the wholesale regeneration of the town centre, in partnership with Sefton MBC and J Sainsbury plc.
The Town Centre masterplan and wider public consultation exercise is currently being progressed with a planning application expected to be submitted in Autumn 2009.
