Maghull Developments, the northwest-based mixed-use developer, has been granted detailed planning approval for its proposals to redevelop Central Buildings in Crosby town centre. The scheme will comprise 10,000 sq ft (929 sq m) of ground floor retail, 10 flats and 12,500 sq ft (1,161 sq m) of offices. Taylor & Co is the retail agent and Mason Owen is the office agent.
