Liverpool based Maghull Developments has strengthened its team with the appointment of Jonathan Sealey as development surveyor.
Jonathan (23) joins Maghull Developments after finishing his property development degree at Sheffield Hallam University and after previous work placements with the company.
Jonathan will work closely with managing director Michael Hanlon on projects to include the Hope Street Portfolio acquired from Liverpool John Moores University last year, various redevelopment schemes in and around Crosby town centre and also projects in Southport, Manchester, Trafford, Knowsley and London.
Michael Hanlon, managing director of Maghull Developments comments: “Jonathan made a first class impression during his work placement with us, so we were keen to secure him as soon as he completed his degree. We are a very entrepreneurial company and need people with Jonathan’s drive and enthusiasm to help take it forward.”
