Located in Crosby Town Centre in north Liverpool, Maghull Group has secured planning approval to redevelop this prime town centre site.

The mixed-use regeneration scheme will comprise 10,000 sq ft of ground floor retail accommodation, 13,000 sq ft of B1 office accommodation and 10 two-bed luxury residential apartments for sale.
