Residential Mill Conversion - Halifax Town Centre

Garden Street Mill, a Grade II-listed former textile mill located in Halifax Town Centre was purchased by Maghull Group in 2000.

Working in partnership with Yorkshire Forward, Maghull Group developed 44 residential apartments for sale with a scheme GDV of £6.2m.

Maghull Developments was awarded the Calderdale Borough Council Civic Trust Award in 2004 for successfully delivering this town centre regeneration scheme.
